As the founder and CEO of Healthplex Management Company, Bob Dykstra led the development of this project from start to finish. He conducted a comprehensive feasibility study, collaborated with the CEO and board of directors, and structured the business ownership and capital stack. Bob identified the ideal property, hired the architect and construction team, secured financing, and oversaw the entire construction process. Additionally, he managed all pre-opening sales and ongoing operations for the athletic club.
